Much of the time we are not sure how we should address our thoughts or recognize how we are getting in our own way just by how we think. Just like physical hygiene, mental hygiene is getting rid of the cognitive plaque that builds up in your mind as a result of unaddressed thoughts and questions. The sessions are 45 minutes long via FaceTime and address some of the following:

  • Patterns in your thinking process

  • Triggers that activate certain beliefs

  • Blind spots

  • How and when to speak up
